BLUE CHEESE CRUSTED STEAK
4 Steaks
1 pckg Peppercorn Chile Rub by Twisted Pepper Co.
Rub steaks with Peppercorn chile Rub and brush with olive oil on both sides. Let set for 5 to 10 minutes.
Fire up grill, grill steaks to the almost desired temperature and then sprinkle blue cheese and let melt on steaks.
