4 cups water, 2 cups milk, or Half & Half

Whisk soup mix into water and milk.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes

Variations: Add fresh chopped broccoli, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese..
Garnish with parsley and bacon bits.
