A Southern BBQ Stew Mix is blended with the finest spices we could find in Texas.  All natural, no MSG, Gluten Free. Quick & Easy and absolutely over the top!
Directions
  • 1 Package of Brunswick Stew
    1 to 2 lbs of BBQ Meat or Chicken
    3+ cups water
    1 can (15.25 oz) diced tomatoes
    1 can (6 oz)  tomato paste
    1 can (15-16 oz) Northern Beans or Black Beans
    2 medium size potatoes diced
    2 carrots, peeled and diced

    Add water and vegetables, whisk in stew seasoning, Stir and bring to boil for 20 minutes, add BBQ meat and simmer for 10 minutes.

    Variations: Add bacon bits, sausage, or Spice it Up with Green Chiles or Jalapenos.
    Yield: About 10, one cup servings.
