Directions
  • Homemade Taste in Minutes
    1 package Creamy Tomato & Basil Bisque
    4 cups water
    2 cups milk or Half & Half
    1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
    Whisk soup mix into water, milk & tomato paste
    Bring to boil , stirring often
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes

    Variations: Add cooked bacon bits, chicken, beef, seafood, or 1 can cream style corn. Be Creative!!!

    Garnish with sour cream and fresh basil or parsley.

    Yield: about 6-8, one cup servings.
