HCG Fajita Seasoning
1 pound chicken or beef
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 cup low-sodium Beef or Chicken Broth
Option: Liquid Aminos
Stove Top Option: In a cast iron skillet, grill chicken or beef, add broth, 2-3 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning and cover. Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Grilling Option: Chicken breast - coat both side of 4 chicken breast with Fajita Seasoning, grill for 5-8 minutes each side or until done.
Flank Steak - marinate with 1/4 cup Liquid Aminos, 1/4 cup Beef Broth, 2 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning, 1 Tbsp lime juice, put in baggie and place in fridge overnight - this will tenderize the flank steak. Gill for about 5 minutes each side, let rest and slice against the grain.
Vegetables - Saute in skillet with 2 Tbsp Liquid Aminos, 2 Tb Beef Broth, cover and skimmer for 10 minutes. Check often and more liquid if needed.
Serve 100 grams of fajita meat with sugar free salsa and sour cream
