I never liked salmon even though it was very good for you. It always had a fishy taste when I ate it. The flavor prevented me from enjoying the health benefits. I saw your Salmon Rub one day at the farm & art market and decided to try it. The rub took all of the fishy taste away from the salmon and allowed me to enjoy the benefits of healthy eating and still enjoy my food. I have cooked grilled salmon while working at two different fire stations and everyone was impressed by the taste. I also used this rub on fresh catfish. It was very good. I am now a converted fish eater as long as I have your rub to put on it.

I love your Margarita lime dip mix and the Chipotle. Being a vegetarian I like to stay away from dairy. I used tofu instead of sour cream, and both of the dips tasted great. I am looking forward to trying your soups. Your products are much better than what I have purchased in New Mexico.
