Directions
- 1 package of Green Chile Potato Soup Mix
4 cups water, 2 cups milk 2 medium size potatoes, diced Boil diced potatoes in 4 cups water for 15 min. Add milk and whisk soup mix into the potatoes Bring to boil again, stirring often Reduce Heat and simmer for 10 minutes
Variations: Add bacon bits, sausage, cheddar cheese, butter, or sour cream. Spice it Up with Jalapenos.
Garnish with grated cheese & bacon bits
