Meatloaf Sauce: 1/2 c Ketchup, 3 TB Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Minced Garlic, 1 TB Honey, 1/4 tsp Cumin, 1/4 tsp Chili powder, 2 TB Soy Sauce, Salt & Pepper to taste. Heat in sauce pan, simmer for 10 - 15 minutes. Over the top Scrumptious

Directions
- 1 pkg Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
2 lbs. Lean ground beef or turkey 2 eggs, lightly beaten 1 cup dry bread crumbs or Substitute (Progresso Plain bread crumbs) 2/3 cup milk 1/2 cup ketchup Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended. Shape meat in to a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5 inch loaf pan, top with ketchup if desired. Bake in 375ยบ F oven for 60 to 90 min. or until cooked through. OPTIONS: Pineapple Bacon, add 1/2 cup bacon bits, 1/2 cup crushed pineapple (drained). Salsa, add 1/2 cup salsa (reduce milk to 1/3 cup), replace ketchup for salsa.
