1 package Tex-Mex Seasoning by Twisted Pepper Co.
8 flour tortillas
1 can (4.5) chopped green chiles
2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
2 cups Tex-Mex grilled chicken diced
2 TB butter or margarine, melted
Sprinkle Twisted Pepper Tex-Mex Seasoning on chicken breast, put on grill using medium heat, cook 5 minutes each side, until done, let cool and dice OR saute chicken in pan with oil and Tex-Mex Seasoning until done.
Top one half of each tortilla with cheese, chicken, green chiles. Fold other half of each tortilla over: press down with back of pancake turner. Lightly brush butter on both sides of each filled tortilla.
Heat 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook 2 filled tortillas at a time 3 to 4 minutes, turning once, until golden brown and thoroughly heated. Cut into wedges.
