Coffee Chile Rub - Blend of Coffee & Chiles Twisted To Perfection!
Eileen said: I love the Coffee Chile Rub! I mostly use it one our beef and turkey burgers. I put the rub in a gallon size Ziploc bag, add my chicken and refrigerator an hour or two before putting it on the grill. The rub adds such flavor, I don't even need BBQ Sauce. My Family Love Its
- Ingredients: Turbinado Sugar, Kosher Salt, Paprika, Onion, Black Pepper, Ancho Chile Powder, Cocoa, Ground Coffee NO MSG, No Anti-caking Agents, Gluten Free, Low Sodium

Directions
- Dry Rub: Rub both sides of meat with a generous amount of rub. For a more passionate flavor, combine a teaspoon of the ingredients with 2 tsps soy sauce, 4 tbls Worcestershire, 2 tsps liquid smoke and a cup of red wine refrigerate for 2 hours. Remove and coat both sides of the meat with a generous amount of rub and allow it sit for 20 minutes. Place meat on the grill, smoker or broil to the desired temperature
Enjoy Marinade: 2 Tbsp Rub, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Soy Sauce Lite, and 1/4 cup Beer or Wine, or Coffee, etc., Mix together and pour of both sides of meat.
