Directions
- You will need
16 oz Pasta 1/3 cup water 1/3 cup red wine or balsamic vinegar 1/3 cup olive oil
Stir-in Options Mandarin Orange Slices Almond Slices Fresh Vegetables, diced Diced Apple Slices Pepperoni, diced or grilled chicken
Boil water in 6 qt pot, add 1 TB of salt, 1/2 TB butter, add pasta to boiling water. Follow directions on pasta package. Drain Pasta and run cold water over pasta until it is chilled. Shake to drain well. Combine in bowl, seasoning mix, water, olive oil & vinegar. Add pasta and stir-in options, toss. Chill up to one hour or longer before serving. Refrigerate leftovers in airtight container. Best to use within 24 hours.
