Ingredients: Chile Powers, Onion, Lime Juice Powder, Garlic, Black Pepper Smoked Kosher Salt, Tomato Powder, Cumin, & Select Spices. No MSG, No Anti-Caking agents, Gluten Free
Slice 2 pounds flank or skirt steak, or chicken, or shrimp, 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, 2 red and 2 green bell peppers, and 1 large onion, thinly sliced.
Sauté Meat: Slice meat into thin strips. In a glass bowl, mix meat with 2 Tbsp fajita seasoning, Heat a 10” skillet on medium high heat and add oil. Stir until done.
Sauté Onion & Peppers: Sauté sliced onion and peppers, stir until done (about 5 minutes).
Grilled Fajitas: In a glass bowl, mix un-sliced meat with fajita seasoning and oil, heat up grill, grill meat, turning once or twice until done. Slice meat up and serve immediately.
Grilled Onion & Peppers: Slice peppers and onions, mix 2 Tbsp oil and 1 Tbsp fajita seasoning in a large zip loc baggie, add peppers and onion and marinate for about 15 minutes. Using grilling wok, add peppers and onion and grill for about 5 to 10 minutes until done, stirring often.
Warm tortillas in oven or microwave following direction on package.
