Chopped Onion, Red & Green Bell Peppers, Kosher Salt, Green Chile Bits, Jalapeno Bits, Sugar, Garlic, Ancho Powder, Black Pepper. No MSG, Gluten Free, Low Sodium
· 1 (14.5 oz.) can petite diced tomatoes or 1 can of fire roasted tomatoes
· Mix in 2 Tbs. of Fresh-Mex Salsa and stir well. Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to blend flavors.
· Blend tomatoes for a smoother salsa
Chunky Salsa: Same as above, except add 1 small onion chopped,1 fresh jalapeno chopped (seeds removed), 4 oz. can of chopped green chiles, and 1/2 cup black beans, 1/4 cup corn, you get the idea, be creative!
