New Mexico Green Chiles and Select Spices ! Mild taste with a little zing for the mild at heart.
Use dip seasoning in Baked Potato Soup, Mix in Cornbread, Stuffed Jalapenos, Sauteed Veggies, and homemade salsa.
Green Chile Hot Dip Recipe: 1 c mayo 1 c sour cream 2 c Monterrey Jack Cheese 1/2 C Parmesan Cheese 2 TB Worcestershire Sauce Tortilla Chips 1. set oven to 375F2. Put all the ingredients --- except the
tortilla chips --- into a large mixing bowl. Mix well. Make sure all the
elements are well combined.
3. Spread the mixture into a casserole dish.
Spread out so it is an even depth. If you like you can sprinkle a few more of
the chopped chilies across the surface.
4. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until bubbling
all around and starting to brown on the surface. If it's not bubbling and
starting to brown, cook it a little longer. Finish off for a few minutes on the
top rack under the broiler to get more browning, if you like.
5. Serve right away with tortilla chips or bread
for dipping.

Directions
- Dip: Mix contents with 2 cups of sour cream or 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise, refrigerate for 1 hour. Stir before serving.
Cheeseball: Mix contents with 8 oz softened cream cheese, and 4 TB softened butter*. Chill mixture until firm, shape into ball, and roll in chopped nuts or parsley. *Low-fat alternative: use low fat cream cheese and omit butter. (May not set up as a ball but tastes great as a spread) Get Creative—The Options are Endless! Use the seasoning in mashed potatoes, sauté veggies, eggs, quiches, omelets, stuffed jalapenos and stuffed mushrooms!
PARTY PINWHEELS 8 oz softened cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 pckg of your fav TPC Dip Mix
Combine in bowl, stir well. Spread the dip across a tortilla, roll up and cut every 2 inches, stick a toothpick in each piece and arrange on a party platter in a festive manor. Options: Add bacon bits, diced ham, or BBQ meat. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley.
