1 pckg Tex-Mex Seasoning by Twisted Pepper
1 1/2 lb. Beef Silion Steak,
cut into 1-inch pieces
2 medion red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 medium green or red peppers, cut into 1-inch chunks
12 wooden skewers, soaked in water
1 pckg TPC Tex-Mex Seasoning
3/4 cup Marinade (see below)

· Place beef in resealable plastic bag, Add 1/2 marinade, seal bag. Place vegetables chunks in resealble plastic bag, add 1/2 marinade, seal bag. Turn bag over several times to evenly coat beef. Refrigerate for 30 mnites to mariate.

· Preheat grill to medium heat. Remove beef and vegetables from bag: discard marinade. Alternely thred beef, onions, and peppers on skewers. Grill 10 to 15 minutes or until beef is cooked through and vegetables are crisp-tender. 

· Serves 6
