2 Tbsp. Tex-Mex Dip Mix
8 oz. softened cream cheese
14. 5 oz. can refried beans
16 oz. hot or mild salsa
1/2 lb. cooked, drained ground beef
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Sliced jalapenos (optional)
Blend first 2 ingredients; spread in 9-inch pie pan. Top with beans and salsa.
Add beef; top with cheese and jalapenos.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips. Makes 8-10 servings.
