MOUTHWATERING STEAK MARAINADE
2 to 3 Tb Texas Steak Rub, Mesquite Steak Rub or Peppercorn Chile Rub
1/4 cup soy sauce (light is better for low salt)
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup white cooking wine (or favorite wine)
Combine in zip-lock baggie, place steaks in baggie, coat well, refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours before grilling.
Use a cedar plank for a natural smoky flavor!
