Directions
- Dry Rub: Remove Membrane, rub mustard on both sides of ribs and rub both sides of pork with a generous amount of Pig Sweat Rub. For a more passionate flavor, refrigerate for 20 minutes. The longer it marinates, the more intense the flavor.
TIP: When ribs are at desired temperature, remove from smoker and wrap in foil, put in a empty cooler for about 30 minutes or longer and let the ribs sweat. This adds moisture and ensures fall of the bone goodness.
Grill, Smoke, Bake or Broil to your perfection.
Marinade: 2 Tbsp BBQ Rub, 2 Lite Soy Sauce, 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce, 1/4 cup Rice or white vinegar. Mix together and pour of both sides of pork.
Options for Marinade: Coffee, Orange Juice, Dr. Pepper, Beer, Wine, etc. Be Creative!
