Easy to make chicken salad that your family and friends won't forget!
Directions:
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2-3 cups cooked, diced chicken or rotisserie chicken (or 2 cans of white chicken)
1 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
Combine above ingredients with mix, blend well.
Serve on your favorite bread or crackers as an appetizer. Or make a tortilla wrap or pinwheels.
CHEF SUGGESTIONS:
Twisted it your way by adding one or more of the following:
Cranberries, diced seedless grapes, chopped granny smith apples, and chopped pecans.

Low Fat Chicken Salad

1/2 cup Lite Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegar
Combine above ingredients with mix, blend well.

16 oz. cream cheese, softened
